Recipe#

  • 2oz (60ml) Gin
  • 0.75oz (20ml) Tonic
  • 0.75oz (20ml) Hibiscus Liquor
  • 1oz (30ml)
  • Seltzer (If you’re using non-carbonated seltzer)

Instructions#

  1. Combine in a Highball over ice. Give it a stir.
  2. Top with Seltzer
  3. Enjoy

I created this recipe trying to pull the best components the Gin & Tonic and Tom Collins. Adding in the floral notes of the Hibiscus we ended up with something refreshing, punchy, and a little unassuming.
